Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. What this service is

vinylrender.com is a browser-based tool that turns artwork you provide into spinning record and CD videos, Spotify Canvas loops and still mockups. Rendering and previewing are free; downloading a finished, watermark-free file requires payment or an active Studio subscription.

2. Your artwork, your responsibility

You must own the rights to every image and logo you upload, or have permission to use it. You are solely responsible for what you upload and for what you do with the files you create. Do not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that is illegal.

3. Your rights to the output

Files you have paid for are yours to use, including commercially: releases, advertising, client work, merchandise. We claim no ownership over your artwork or over the videos and images you generate from it. Watermarked previews are for evaluation only and may not be published.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in euros and processed by Stripe. A pay-as-you-go purchase unlocks one watermark-free download at the resolution purchased. Studio is a recurring monthly subscription giving unlimited downloads, billed until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel Studio at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; there are no partial-month refunds. Files already downloaded remain yours.

6. Refunds

If a paid file fails to render, or downloads corrupted or unusable, contact us and we will refund or re-issue it. Because files are delivered instantly and previews are free and unlimited, we do not generally refund files that rendered correctly. Please check the preview before paying.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent payment or watermarking, to disrupt or overload the service, to resell access to it, or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and the archive intact, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Rendering happens in your browser, so results depend on your device and browser; 4K rendering in particular requires a reasonably modern desktop browser. Keep your own copies of important files rather than relying solely on the archive.

9. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the last revision. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use means acceptance.
