Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over with a free VinylRender account. Joining is instant — open your partner dashboard, accept the program terms and your link is ready.
How much do I earn?
30% of every payment a referred customer makes during their first 12 months — one-time Release packs, monthly and annual subscriptions. Commission is calculated on the amount paid, excluding VAT.
Do renewals and repeat purchases count?
Yes. Once someone signs up through your link, their account is linked to you. Every renewal and every new purchase within 12 months of their first payment earns you commission.
How long is my referral remembered?
The referral cookie lasts 60 days and the last partner link clicked wins. As soon as the visitor creates an account, the referral is saved to their account — clearing cookies or switching devices after that changes nothing.
Do existing VinylRender users count?
No — only new accounts created after clicking your link. People who already had an account are not attributed to anyone.
What happens if a customer asks for a refund?
The commission for that payment is cancelled. That is why every commission is held for 30 days before it becomes available. If a chargeback or refund happens after you were already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
When and how do I get paid?
When your available balance reaches €30, press Request payout in your dashboard. Requests are processed once a month, usually within the first 10 days, via PayPal or SEPA bank transfer in EUR.
Can I run ads with my link?
Yes, as long as you don’t bid on “VinylRender” or similar brand keywords, don’t pretend to be us, and don’t make false claims such as fake discounts. Spam is never allowed.
Is my payout information safe?
Your IBAN is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown in full — your dashboard only displays the first and last four characters. We collect only what is needed to send your payment.
What about taxes?
Commissions are income. You are responsible for declaring them and paying any taxes in your country. We may ask for basic details needed for our own accounting.
